We highly recommend Chef TJ for your catering needs. We are from out of town and coordinated a rehearsal dinner with TJ remotely. He was great at communication and made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly. He did not disappoint! The food and service was phenomenal! Everyone raved about the food. Wish I had pictures, but the presentation was very well done.

I originally reached out to Chef TJ with a short notice request to cater 20 people on Valentine’s Day. Not only was he extremely responsive to my request he also helped select the perfect pairing for our dinner. He was very communicative throughout the process and up to the day of the catering. When the day arrived he setup a beautiful spread for our family. There was an abundance of food for our family. I have to say the salmon was a fan favorite! Thank you, Chef TJ for making our day so special.

Chef TJ catered my son & daughter-in-law wedding last night. The food was amazing and the kids were even asking if we brought them left overs after the wedding. I would recommend him and sayhe has alot of best options and local fresh food. Was budget friendly and helped us out of a bind months before wedding. Thank you so much Chef TJ.

We had Chef TJ cater out July wedding at Chief Hosa Lodge. The food was outstanding! Chef TJ curated a thoughtful menu based on our specific wants/needs. Total hit with all of our guests! Most wedding food is expensive and mediocre, but our guests raved about ours. He helped our dreams come true. 1000% recommend!

Working with Chef TJ was great! He was responsive, accommodated our budget, and had amazing food. Unfortunately the food was so good we ran out halfway through the party, I recommend ordering extra! Will be hiring again!
