Had thrasher do a second foundation inspection after an initial general inspection while buying a house. They were prompt and thorough. Worked with both the seller and buyer to get this fixed.

Trasher did a great job on my foundation, concrete and downspouts. Joseph lead the crew in the basement and was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. Zach and his team outside were also very helpful and professional on our concrete and downspouts. He fixed part of my driveway that wasnt included in the original quote for free and move all of the dirt they dug up to different parts of the yard that needed it. Both crews cleaned up and left it better than before, Josephs crew even came back for half a day to clean and makes sure everything was perfect. I hope I never need them again but will absolutely be calling thrasher if I do.

Our financing program is simple and straightforward. As part of your free inspection, you'll meet with one of our specialists who can provide a detailed written estimate as well as outline financing options. Together, you'll decide what type of financing, if any, meets your needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our crew leaders get in touch with you before they arrive and keep you updated throughout the project. After your project is completed, your Crew Leader will review all the completed work with you, and our team will follow-up with you as well to see how everything went. You will also receive a survey that allows you to rate your entire experience with Thrasher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every crew member participates in a thorough onboarding process and ongoing training to ensure the best quality of work with every project we complete. In fact, alongside our sister company, Supportworks, we train other contractors from around North America on best practices. Additionally, System Design Specialists and Crew Leaders meet to discuss every single project beforehand. They review the contract, special instructions and pictures to make sure we deliver on our promises.
