I believe in the core value of helping people and legitimately providing a customer a service rather than causing heartache and frustration over a poor install or repair. I genuinely care for both the customer I'm working for as well as the potential referral I stand to gain from the current client. I enjoy seeing the satisfaction from clients when they inspect the work and the quality of service. At the end of the day, I have always thought it was a more satisfying task completed when I can see the smile and appreciation of a client.
