Very responsive. I contacted six painting companies in the Colorado Springs area. Golden painting services actually read everything I wrote. They were able to make an estimate immediately, begin work within a week of the estimate, and made their bid competitive with other offers. Impressive work and I would recommend them to anyone.

The project seemed to go well and the painting looked pretty good. I didn't have to point out too much, however, I wasn't scared to get on my own roof and look for things that needed to be finished - probably something I shouldn't have had to do. Then, the proof really comes to the warranty period on whether the company is willing to stand behind their work. There are things that need attention, paint is coming off on the front door and areas that really shouldn't, and after multiple attempts to get help, has largely gone unhandled. They basically dropped off a paint can and walked away. I was hoping for better through the entire experience.

hello I am baffled by your review, when I received your email about the warranty to fix your door, I explained that the warranty did not cover moving objects such as doors and garage doors, but despite that, I sent a crew member as a courtesy to fix the scratches on your door, because they were scratches not peeling paint. our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple 1. obtain basic info of the project to be painted 2. set up a time so I can go look at the project 3.perform a detailed estimate 4.and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
