I'll work with you on those long term goals, preserving and building muscle mass and agility. ✔️If you are a woman who still menstruates, I will tailor your training routine to your hormonal cycle to get the most out of training while balancing your female hormones to help you get fit. ✔️If you are in your reproductive years and have lost your menstrual cycle, I will train you in a specific way to help you regain your period and fight binge eating. ✔️If you are a woman in perimenopause, I will work with your changing female hormones to get you in the best shape before menopause so when it happens, your body will be as strong as possible to mitigate all the "troubles" of menopause. ✔️Suppose you are in menopause or post-menopause. In that case, I will help you regain control of your body and energy with a personalized training plan that works with specificity around your lack of female hormones to rebalance your body and energy while losing weight and gaining muscle mass. _____________________________________________________________________ ⚠️ I charge 60$ per session at my private studio and 80$ pero session at the client's preferred location (the rate at the client's location may vary depending on driving time) - All sessions are paid in advance. --------- I also work online-only training plans with weekly checkups: 200$ every 6 weeks 🙏 Thumbtack pros pay up to $100 each time you reach out. I trained with her for over 6months (we stopped because she took some time off for personal reasons). We worked long distance due to covid. She coached me on running and lifting. I have a very basic home gym and she developed great routines with the things I have at home. All my life I suffered with weight management and binge eating. She developed my workout routines considering my menstrual cycle, after 3 months I was a different person. She knew how to get the best of me without overdoing it and I truly believe that that balance made the difference. I got a package where she checked on me daily, and adapted my training load depending on how I slept, how I recovered from the last workout, my resting HR, etc. I have never got this type of coaching in my whole life. She is so much more than a fitness coach.

I love the privacy of her home studio. She designs my lifting routine base in my hormonal cycle and that has helped me a lot with energy and weight lost. 100% recommended.

If you are a woman, Karen is the PT you want to have. The amount of knowledge she has regarding the hormonal cycle and female hormones and how they affect weight loss/gain, and fitness is mindblowing. She sets realistic expectations for your individual needs. I have been working with her for over a year and I look way better thank I ever imagined I could.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step.is to schedule a physical assessment. That is for me to evaluate the client, her posture and movement pattern; and based on that I will design the program. The assessment also allows the client to get to know me and my working style so you can decide if you feel I’m the right fit for you. The assessment usually takes one hour. I charge 60$ for that first session. After that, the client can pay by the session or buy a prepaid package of 10 sessions (I offer a discount for pre-paid packages)
