Aside from being an AMAZING personal trainer, Karen is an amazing human being. I have more self confidence and my time with her has made me want to become a stronger woman and be a better person. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would recommend her for personal training to everyone simply because she can help you get the results you really want. She's great!

Karen has been hands down the best self investment I have ever made. I have not one but two bad knees and a bad back. She has not only been providing me with exercises that strengthen these muscles, she is watching and correcting me while I am working on them. She pushes me but not to the point that I feel that my previous injuries are in jeopardy. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything even before we start. Throw all that in the mix of her thoroughness and attention to detail with a great positive attitude…she is just the best! Thank you Karen! Looking forward to my progress!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge 75$ per session (one hour). I also offer 30 minute sessions, for that I charge 40$. I offer a discount to clients who pre-pay 10n sessions at at time and commit to at leat 2 sessions per week. There is also de option to work online, or for me to design a workout program that you can do at home or at your gym. I take Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is to schedule a physical assessment. That is for me to evaluate the client, her posture and movement pattern; and based on that I will design the program. The assessment also allows the client to get to know me and my working style so you can decide if you feel I’m the right fit for you. The assessment usually takes one hour. I charge 75$ for that first session. After that, the client can pay by the session or buy a prepaid package of 10 sessions (I offer a discount for pre-paid packages)
