I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and pre and post-natal fitness coach with ample knowledge and experience training women who can't seem to lose weight and get the body they want.

✅Longevity. - Get fit to get the most out of your golden age. How do you want to live the las 30 years of your life? I'll work with you on those long term goals, preserving and building muscle mass and agility.
✔️If you are a woman who still menstruates, I will tailor your training routine to your hormonal cycle to get the most out of training while balancing your female hormones to help you get fit.
✔️If you are in your reproductive years and have lost your menstrual cycle, I will train you in a specific way to help you regain your period and fight binge eating.
✔️If you are a woman in perimenopause, I will work with your changing female hormones to get you in the best shape before menopause so when it happens, your body will be as strong as possible to mitigate all the "troubles" of menopause.
✔️Suppose you are in menopause or post-menopause. In that case, I will help you regain control of your body and energy with a personalized training plan that works with specificity around your lack of female hormones to rebalance your body and energy while losing weight and gaining muscle mass.
⚠️ I charge 60$ per session at my private studio and 80$ pero session at the client's preferred location (the rate at the client's location may vary depending on driving time) - All sessions are paid in advance.
I also work online-only training plans with weekly checkups: 200$ every 6 weeks
