My name is Jessica and I teach Vinyasa/Hatha style yoga and meditation instruction to all ages and all levels with compassion and a desire to spread the light of yoga to all who are interested. I have classes on Zoom and in person at the Hudson Library. I also do private sessions, event yoga, corporate yoga, and kid yoga that supports school curriculum. Jess was a fantastic yoga instructor! We had her visit to lead our team of chefs through some relaxing and restorative yoga and they all LOVED it! She was able to cater to all of our needs and was very responsive when we were trying to find a day and time that would work best. She even had extra yoga mats and yoga blocks for our group. We will definitely be reaching out to Jess again for our next event!
