Introduction: Hello!☺️ Health & Fitness is a topic a lot of individuals do not like to discuss. Whether it be wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply maintain, the topics that come to your physical appearance and overall health, are at times not always the easiest. I designed LIT-FIT to be a platform for all insecurities to disappear confidently. To be a safe place for those who are struggling with where to start and how to keep going. The journey to surround your life with your health and fitness is an entire life changing transformation, it’s an entire new level of discipline that you never knew you had. Not everyone’s journey is the same so that’s why I in depth go through your fitness and health wants and needs to build you a plan that not only give’s you the tools and knowledge for your goals, but also gives you a plan that accommodates your schedule, whether that be you work full time, part-time, in school, stay at home parent, etc. This journey you’re about to take is a never ending process of change, change that not only transforms your physical appearance but transforms your mental state as well. The process will give you so many emotions you have never experienced but will give a tremendous return. To get to your goals you must have the ability to push past that barrier of being afraid. Believe you can and you will!
