- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the square footage of the deck, the linear feet of the handrails, and how many steps need to be refinished. It also involves different variances such as the amount of sanding and deck repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to introduce our company and schedule a meeting time with the new client. We then measure the deck and go over the details of the project with our client and email them a bid for their deck project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mike is a 3rd generation deck re-finisher and painter. He has been in the field since he was 15 years old and has over 25+ years of experience.
