- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always provide the customer with an onsite consultation and provide a free estimate. Customers can provide materials themselves or I can provide it for them. Being a veteran of the Marine Corp myself, I will do a 10% discount for veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with every customer but I know that sometimes it is better for the customer to find out something about me before they are willing to meet with me in person. I will always try to do my best to talk with them about their project and provide answers to their questions over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Warren Center while I was in high school in the carpentry program. I have an associates degree in solar energy technology from Red Rocks Community College. Over the years, my education has been on the job training through the carpenters union. I also have a 10 hour OSHA certification.
