construction companies in the Denver area. I know what it takes to complete the larger

Eric is a true professional. We hired him to complete work that was not finished correctly by another contractor. HIs suggestions on how to correct the problem were the way they should have been done originally. He is very skilled, focused and reliable. We should have hired him to do the original basement renovation. While we hire him as a handy man for small projects, he is a skilled and experience general contractor. I also feel his pricing is very fair.

Working with Eric was a very positive experience. He listened attentively to my ideas, suggested feasible solutions, and executed high quality work. Our project was extensive, including remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen for a 1951 era home. As was expected with remodels of this nature, nothing was totally straightforward and it required a lot of design, engineering, and build. Eric handled it like the true professional that he is. I highly recommend Eric and will call him again in the future.

Eric (Ric) repaired our front door so it latches shut again. He was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable. He completed the job in 30ish minutes and charged us a very reasonable fee. He has a background as a general contractor and has built whole houses, office spaces, etc. so is quite skilled. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always provide the customer with an onsite consultation and provide a free estimate. Customers can provide materials themselves or I can provide it for them. Being a veteran of the Marine Corp myself, I will do a 10% discount for veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with every customer but I know that sometimes it is better for the customer to find out something about me before they are willing to meet with me in person. I will always try to do my best to talk with them about their project and provide answers to their questions over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Warren Center while I was in high school in the carpentry program. I have an associates degree in solar energy technology from Red Rocks Community College. Over the years, my education has been on the job training through the carpenters union. I also have a 10 hour OSHA certification.
