What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can’t give a true pricing until we have seen the tree in person. We are very specific to what will will be done to the tree and if we find out there is more, we will consult.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love talking in person after seeing the tree! I can communicate through email and phone as well but would like to schedule a viewing of the tree ASAP.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience and 2 years training with the best.
