Bradford Events delivered our chairs early, and picked them up right as requested. The customer service we received was fantastic! Everyone was so nice, and the Friendsgiving we threw, will now be something that will be annual. And we WILL be using Bradford Events moving forward.Actually! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are hired the first step is to jump on a call and talk budget and design. This is when it gets fun!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing events for 25+ years and I am not surprised when it comes to surprises. I know the ins and outs of events what you need and don't need and because I am so passionate and love what I do I am your best friend through the whole process and beyond. :)
