- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comprehensive and includes material/products and labor. We make every attempt to be both competitive and affordable while keeping a premium product and service offering. We don't sell "cheap" paint jobs. If you'd like us to consider pricing adjustments, just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your project, give you a simple and clear estimate with all necessary details and credentials, then move to scheduling once you approve. At completion our team will perform a walkthrough with you and upon satisfaction, move to final billing and ask you for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our core team is made up service business professionals with over 50 years of industry experience. We take pride in offering quality painting and staining services and an all around simple and painless process with our business and team.
