Hello! I am a values-based and interest-focused mediator and coach. I offer EEO, workplace, and divorce mediation services. I also offer Co-parenting plan coaching, mediation coaching, and relationship coaching. My work experience and education in integrative clinical care has developed and strengthened my listening skills, problem-solving skills, and my ability to coach individuals, couples, and groups within significantly challenging and sometimes life-changing interpersonal contexts. I respect the rights and preferences of the individuals that I work with, and I honor the difficult life circumstances that often lead people to seek out mediation and coaching services. I am passionate about facilitating change that is sustainable and reducing conflict to a level where important decisions can be made for reaching target goals and mutual agreements.
