Here at Alpine Thyme Dining, I focus on creating and executing custom menus for your event through my creative passion for using locally and sustainably sourced, in season ingredients. No two events are alike, so why should your food be? I can accommodate any dietary restriction or preference and cultivate your menu to your specifications. Dylan called to talk after I expressed interest. I told him my vision of a luncheon for 50 people for our 50th wedding anniversary. He clarified by giving me ideas about types of cuisine. I liked his description of Mediterranean. He took notes and met everyone of my wishes with better than I could imagine. He was prompt, direct, clear and true to his word. The food was fresh, delicious, plentiful and beautiful. He would be a great personal chef for a weekend in the mountains.

We hired Alpine Thyme for a small dinner party of 6 people and everything was amazing! He did some peach pork tenderloin that was cooked to perfection - everyone loved it! Also everything was so clean after he left that you couldn’t tell we brought someone in for our dinner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in kitchens all my life with a multitude of cuisines. In the kitchen, experience and learning on the job is better than any formal training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve worked in kitchens my whole life, and started helping a good friend with his private chef business a few times. I felt that I could do well with it, so I gave it a shot.
