Josh with Shamrock was knowledgeable and courteous. He clearly explained the issue and the different options for repair/replacement and provided a quote before starting any work. He was respectful of my home. He put down protective coverings and completely cleaned up the work area when finished. The job was done efficiently and correctly the first time. I'm so happy with the quality of service and will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs.
