Tim at Ponder Consulting put together remodel project permit drawings for me. He completed a site visit and precisely measured the proposed remodel area. After providing him with my draft drawings and discussing my vision, he created a complete set of permit drawings. These drawings were submitted and approved by the county building department and my project was underway! Tim was timely in getting the drawings completed, professional and responsive. I would reach out to Tim for any future projects. He turned my vision into a reality!

We hired Tim Ponder for two home renovation projects - one for our main residence and one for our guest house. He was very thorough, prompt and accurate. Both projects were gut renovations and very extensive - working with the original house 1909 design as well as additions. Tim also worked and communicated well with our architect and us.
