- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of my service's prices are discounted if purchased in bundles. For example, if you schedule a maternity shoot with me, I will discount it if you agree to a newborn shoot after the birth. (The newborn shoot is also discounted.) Please see the full details of this on my website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware of most photographers who promise low prices. They are typically counting on you purchasing your photos from them, either in the form of image discs or photo packages. Other photographers, who seem more pricey, are charging you for their creativity and time. While post-session purchases are encouraged, these photographers are not counting on you buying anything more than their time. At Rebbecca.Ella Photography, I do not require you to purchase print packages. In fact, the first set of edited images are provided to you at no extra cost. So if this is the case, why are my prices so low? Simple. I do photography because I love it. To me, it's about connecting with people. It's about taking photographs of people at memorable times in their lives, and helping them to remember the moments that make life special.
