The detail she went into about Dietary solutions was in depth yet still understandable and I walked away with all of the info on paper to refer back to as needed. I worked with Tania to find out if I had more inflammation with gluten in my diet. She did a great analysis of my issues and made some recommendations that I am following. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer $300 per month for 4 appts per month, meeting every week. I also offer $150 for 2 appts per month, meeting biweekly. This breaks down to $75 per session. I spend 1.5 hours with you for the initial appt and 1 hour per follow up appt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I gather a health history and find out what your concerns are as well as your goals. We focus on those and I will make suggestions. I will also look at your typical diet and give recommendations for improvement as well as lifestyle recommendations. People are complex and diet and food are very personal and it can be challenging to make changes in this realm. I support you where you are and want to create a plan with you that is realistic and allows you to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Master Nutrition Therapist Degree from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. I also attend trainings and webinars relevant to my field to keep up with the latest research and changes and other areas of interest.
