- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single spring change is $375.00. A double spring change is $470.00. A Wayne Dalton Spring Conversion is between $375.00-$650.00. I'm a certified dealer/installer. ZachLiftmaster or Chamberlain openers installed starting at $375.00 1-Yr warranty on all openers. I give a 5-year warranty on all residential spring changes. A service call is $110.00hr plus parts. Commercial Service charge is $145.00 per hour plus parts. Trip or fuel charge only in situations where multiple trips will be made or the job is more then 50 miles away. Hotel costs for out of town stays will be billed during invoicing after work is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like finding out what their needs and wants are then I like to let them know who I am and what my goals as a Door Dealer/installation/service company are and how I'll be directing them towards a decision through options available in the current Market. When they have chosen a design or style and color we get to the ordering process. Because of the cost for anything these days, a deposit of 50% of the total bill to order materials, we get an address and then We show up on time to start and complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years in the field Installing,servicing,trouble shooting and repairing all types of overhead doors and Operators. Als, when I can attend, I like to do manufacturer training specials and supplier training events.
