Deven was an absolute lifesaver! I reached out to Superior Appliance because my garbage disposal was jammed and I was convinced my dishwasher was leaking. Deven showed up same day and spent a ton of time carefully working on the garbage disposal to get a piece of metal out that was completely jammed in there. He didn’t rush, he was thorough and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.
Bonus: he checked the dishwasher too and reassured me there was actually no leak at all (which saved me from stressing over nothing). Throughout the whole visit he was friendly, professional, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the customer.
1000% will be calling Deven at Superior Appliance again for any appliance issues. Highly, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Devon and Superior Appliance Service.
Devon was amazing; he reached out immediately after I submitted my request, scheduled a same-day appointment, and successfully repaired both of my appliances. Prior to contacting Superior Appliance Service, I had reached out to a couple of other companies that informed me they either did not perform the type of repairs I needed or could not schedule an appointment for several weeks.

Devin called me right away the same evening I requested quotes on Thumbtack - and it wasn't during normal business hours (and it was Sunday!). He came the next day within the timeframe agreed upon, and he was meticulous in figuring out that was wrong. There was an obstacle with getting the refrigerator out due to a tight fit, and he was honest about the fact that if he had to have someone help him, it would be more expensive. We worked out a solution with someone from my family coming to help pull it out - then it was discovered that the part needed for repair was out of stock everywhere. However, Devin came up with a way to effectively make the repair using what was already there. All fixed - at a very reasonable price I highly recommend this company. Devin is wonderful!

Deven was great to work with. Called in the morning and he was scheduled us the same day. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem with our dryer. He found 2 problems and since the dryer was 10 years old said if it was his dryer he would just buy a new one since fixing it would be costly and there would probably be more problems down the road. He could have made a $400.00 repair and made a profit, but only charged his $65.00 trip fee. I finally found an honest repairman and will only us him in the future. He owns the company and does all the work himself. I would highly recommend Deven.
