- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the process of obtaining window treatments as seamless and easy as possible for my clients. My first step when working with a new client is to bring the store to her or him with a no-obligation consultation. I can meet either at my client's home or office. After guiding a new client through the process of selecting the right window treatments for their unique space and budget, I prepare a no-obligation quote based on product choices (type of window treatment, size, color.) If a client decides to proceed, a final re-measure for the new shades will be taken and the order will be placed. Once the new shades arrive, a Hunter Douglas certified installer will install the new shades. After the window treatments are installed, I follow up with my clients to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their new blinds, shades or shutters.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to work with a design consultant that is knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you select the proper window treatments for your unique space. The right window treatments can enhance the look and feel of any space and also provide features such as limiting UV ray infiltration and reducing heating and cooling bills. Also always work with someone who is willing to stand behind his or her work.
