- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges greatly based on product, fabric, features, and other variable considerations. Most of our products are sold at a discount of the MSRP or list price form the manufacturer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for their contact information so we can contact them to set and confirm appointments, either in our showroom or their home. We find that clients who visit our showroom first have a better understanding of the various products for the areas they need covered. It improves upon their own ideas of how to appropriately treat their windows.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tanya has her masters in business. Lennie has well-rounded college & occupational training & experience. Lennie worked for 14 years in the aerospace industry in Quality Assurance & engineering. After leaving aerospace, Lennie worked as a sales consultant at The Blind Spot for 4 years. After he & Tanya married, they purchased The Blind Spot to run as a family business. That was 17 years ago. We have been blessed to be growing ever since.
