Overall, from Rustin’s design plan to installation was a good experience. Unfortunately, the install took twice as long as originally stated due to circumstances beyond Rustin’s control. We had an issue with our pull downs after completion but Rustin came out within 36 hours and fixed the problem. We now have an organized and functioning walk-in closet that used to be a chaotic mess. Thank you Rustin and Rick!
