I cannot say enough good things about Manuel. I found him randomly on the site and he was quick to respond; showed up as promised; completed the job as promised; and sent me photos upon completion...he's very friendly, polite and was quick to think of creative solutions. He repaired 2 gates and trim around multiple windows that was warped rendering them worthless. I don't know the going rate for this type of work but to me his quote was a fair price for labor and materials...and just like that these items are done! Thanks Manuel!

I am so pleased with the work he completed. He was quick to reply, gave a reasonable quote, completed the jobs and cleaned. I hired him twice and will call him again when I need help. He installed dry wall up in a closet and installed dishwasher/garbage disposal. He was kind and honest too.
