- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad, who is now a Douglas County electrical inspector, got me started and took me under his wing about 9 years ago. I started in residential new construction (rough, final, and troubleshooting) for the first four years. I now specialize in existing residential additions, remodeling, updating, troubleshooting, re-terminating aluminum, and servicing
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers with new houses, old houses, no houses (yet), brick houses, houses with lath and plaster, houses with pipe, custom houses, mountain houses, high end houses, and if your house isn't on this list it soon can be
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Drywall repair (sometimes inevitable), bathroom vanity light height, dining room light height, ceiling fan blade color (if shipped with 2 sided blades), pictures are great if you need a breaker changed
