- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I do this work for fun and to give back, my pricing is intentionally affordable and flexible. I offer a free consultation to make sure the fit feels right and discounted multi-session packages for those looking for consistent support. My goal isn’t to build a business—it’s to help people find clarity and confidence in their next chapter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a short discovery call to understand what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we design a plan that fits your goals—whether that’s building confidence, finding balance, or preparing for a major transition. Sessions are conversational, practical, and focused on real progress. Since this isn’t my full-time business, I only take on a few clients at a time to make sure I can give each person my full attention.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After more than 20 years leading teams and coaching executives across sales, service, and operations, I realized the most meaningful part of my job was helping people grow—both professionally and personally. That passion turned into something I wanted to share outside of work, so I began taking on clients and offering coaching purely as a way to give back. I’m currently a full-time executive at Thumbtack, and I see this work as an extension of my leadership—just focused on individuals who want more clarity and fulfillment.
