- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact us for specific pricing as all projects are different. Here are our average prices of labor for interior painting, wallpaper, and tiling jobs. Final quotes will be determined after meeting with the customer. For general handyman services and custom jobs, the labor rate is $80 / hour. Interior painting, up to 12' walls - room less than 150 sq ft: $400 - room 150-300 sq ft: $600 - rooms greater than 300 sq ft: TBD - ceilings: starting at $300 - doors: $75 each - wall patching: TBD Trim work - baseboard removal & installation: $7 per linear foot - baseboard/door/window trim painting: $3 per linear foot Wallpaper, up to 12' walls - wall less than 100 sq ft: $300 - wall 100-200 sq ft: $500 - wall(s) greater than 200sq ft: TBD Kitchen Backsplash Tiling - standard size approx. 40 sq ft: starting at $1500 - electrical outlet retrofitting: starting at $200 Bathroom Tiling - standard shower enclosure approx. 80 sq ft: starting at $2000 - vanity backsplash: starting at $800 - vanity installation (mirrors, cabinets, plumbing): starting at $600 Prices above reflect labor only. Materials necessary for us to purchase for the job will be added to the bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love hearing from new customers! We can answer questions you may have and help you work through decisions on your next project. We are problem solvers and will work hard to achieve your vision. It is always best for us to be able to see the project site in person. Otherwise, if you provide us quality photos of the work area, we'll try our best to give you a quote.
