Bentley is seriously so knowledgeable and an amazingly inspiring trainer! She helped me realize how strong I was and also how much more I could do. She made me feel proud of my smallest wins in the gym.
I gained muscle, lost inches but more importantly she made me feel confident in myself. She also was so so understanding when my 2 year old wanted to train too, lol!
Her humor kept things fun and I never got bored, the workouts were always different.
She’s a great person and I couldn’t recommend her more!

I injured my rotator cuff and needed to find a personal trainer to transition me from physical therapy back to my normal workout routine. Bentley is great! She’s very professional and knows how to work to strengthen the injured area without reinjury.

I am only a few weeks in with Bentley, but it has already been a fantastic experience. It is obvious that she takes her job very seriously and she listens to her clients and their needs. In my case I am juggling a full-time job and small kids, and she has managed to put me on a program that I can make work with my insane life. I have 30-40 minute workouts and I really feel it at the end of each session. She is so attentive that when I told her I was traveling for work, she prepared a whole new program for me to do at the gym where I was going to be. Bentley has also been really good about holding me accountable. I get motivational messages and check-in's from her often to keep me going. I feel like I really lucked out with Bentley and would recommend her to anyone looking for a program customized to your life, needs and goals.
