I became acquainted with Tara on New Years Day 2014 - I visited her gym location after finding my usual gym closed. Id been searching for a new trainer and was impressed by Taras work ethic, enthusiasm and qualifications. Tara consistently listens to my goals for fitness, offers correct advice, and uses her knowledge and experience to create sessions which are innovative, fun and beneficial. Shes a delightful personality and I look forward to continuing our work to achieve and maintain my tone and strength goals!

I love working out with Tara! She comes up with the best exercises to target specific muscle groups, and it's always something new. It never gets routine or boring. It's the most fun you can have while working out hard. Thank you Tara!

Working out with Tara is actually fun! She is currently teaching me how to swim. Her meticulous eye helps in all my strokes and she really focuses on technique ! She also sets me up with a workout routine that I can follow and improve on a daily basis.
