I bring sunshine to my clients. I enjoy getting to know them by providing loving, healing Reiki energy to their body, their mind, and their spirit. Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, light-touch healing technique that addresses the imbalances in our body. Clients experience relaxation and let go of stress, along with physical and emotional blocks. My mission is to help heal our planet one person/one heart at a time. I have 28+ years experience with various energy modalities and 10+ with different Reiki techniques (Usui Master, Karuna Master, Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Reiki, and Medical Reiki Master). Additionally, I work with angels in my sessions and do Angel readings, as well. I am the owner of Karigo Healing Arts in the Centennial/Littleton area.

Krista is a compassionate listener. She is caring and empathetic, and takes her practice seriously. I felt energized, yet calm, relaxed, and at peace after my reiki session. updated 6/25/18 I have gone on to take classes taught by Krista: Reiki I and II certifications, and using a pendulum. I am truly grateful to have met Krista and to begin learning how to use this beautiful healing modality on myself, others, and the planet!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The average session is approx. one hour. A first session is longer because I want to get to know you and what brings you to Reiki, as well as provide more in-depth explanations and feedback. Reiki is usually (but not always) hands-on, but is a light touch on neutral areas of the body. There is no manipulation of tissue. Reiki is NOT massage and you remain fully clothed. Some massage therapists have learned Reiki and add it to their massage practice, but a pure Reiki practitioner does not do massage. With me, you get a full session of Reiki.
