Chad's estimate provided information that the other estimates did not – offering to come out that (Saturday) evening and hauling the old unit away with no extra expense – no charge for coming on a Sunday was a definite plus. Chad was right on time, confirmed that we needed a new water heater, and installed it, all within 2 1/2 hours! On a Sunday even.

Ball valve and back flow replaced. On time and complete and at a price that made sense. Gave a tentative estimate from pictures I posted and it stayed true. The big guys dismissed my pictures, had to be here to provide an estimate and were twice the price.

I was looking to have a kitchen sink and faucet installed and the old one removed. The estimate on Thumbtack was $165 plus materials. The workmanship was excellent, but the cost ran to $752 for "time, materials, and tools" and $177 for Home Depot of which $100 was for a garbage disposal (Chad said old one was bad) and $77 for materials. Chad and his wife came to install the sink and faucet and explained in the beginning it would cost more. Much of the cost was due to reconfiguring the drain lines. At one point Chad explained he was a fraction of an inch short with the drain lines, and the cost would be more, but $928.85 was at least 3 times greater than my expected cost. We love our new sink and faucet, but the cost of installation was much more than expected.

Every service repair issue is different. I do have some base flat rate pricing for the most common repairs but because a service repair issue may require less or more time to complete I offer Free No Obligation Estimates to assure my customer the correct and fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we can talk on the phone or through text or email. We can set up a Free No Obligation Estimate and if you like my price I can resolve your plumbing, heating or cooling issue at that time.
