I spoke with Greg initially and had a good experience talking with him. He was very professional, curious and strait forward. He didn't try to oversell me something that I didn't need and was honest about pricing.
Chad installed my windows and security door. He worked very hard and payed attention to detail. He also cleaned up and left the job site looking the way he left it. There was always good communication and good customer service. I highly recommend hiring HRTI.

Our windows and stucco experienced some major hale damage a few years ago. I knew it was going to be a huge job when the insurance adjuster had to refer to a special adjuster to assess the damage. As a result, I looked long and hard for the right company for the job. As soon as I met Greg at HRTI, my search was over. I was sold! I even told my insurance company, "HRTI is the only company I will work with on this job." Not only was Greg professional and confident that he could do the job, he assured me that he would take care of all the negotiating / communicating with the insurance company. Our experience was great. Greg and his staff were in constant communication letting us know when workers would be at our house, their progress, and why they were doing what they were doing. We never ran into any issues, but if there were surprises, HRTI was always on top of it. There customer service was impeccable! In the future, I will never use anyone other than HRTI for my windows, stucco, or roof. In fact, due to mother nature, I had to file another claim for window and stucco damage again. That was unfortunate for us but no big deal...HRTI was there. In fact, they already completed the job for a second time. I highly recommend HRTI. You won't be disappointed!

HRTI handled our entire hail storm claim. They were able to complete and coordinate our roof, siding, paint, shutters and even went to bat for us with the insurance company to get adjustments in our favor. Greg and the entire team at HRTI were an outstanding company to align with for this scale of project.

We give our best price the first time, we don’t play any of the high pressure “buy today” games many competitors play. We believe in a very straight forward, consultative and honest process.

We like to understand the customers needs, we like to meet with you to offer consultation with a few options, once we decide as a team what the best track to take is we will build a plan with a well thought out budget and move forward.
