Tim helped trouble-shoot a switchboard issue at our home's kitchen. He was able to identify the problem and get it resolved pretty quickly. He made the whole process of establishing initial contact to scheduling an appointment very easy. I'd certainly hire Tim again for any electrical needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $200/hr for an electrician team plus materials costs for most projects. We also offer super-senior and veteran discounts when applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always talk to our customers to find out their needs then schedule a time to look at the project, or drawings, with the customer. An estimate is provided for the customer project if possible. Once accepted, or approved, the customer is then placed on the schedule as quickly as possible, generally within a week, and work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tim Huenink is a Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, and Electrical Contractor. Forrest Huenink is a Residential Wireman. Tim has well over 25 years of field experience, as well as years of extended annual training and education to retain his licenses. Forrest has a minimum of 8 years experience, and also many hours of additional training in safety and electrical projects.
