Jim and his crew replaced our shake roof with durable asphalt shingles. We have a 2,500 sq ft ranch with many angles. Jim's team not only did a perfect job with the roof, he added quite a few vent pipes to replace a big fake dormer that was meant for venting. The job was done quickly and painlessly.
His crew also replaced all our gutters- seamless and perfect. They paid extra attention to drainage patterns around the house, moving some downspouts from previous positions.
When they were done, he also mentioned they did painting, which we also needed. It was a no-brainer to hire him again for that job! He's made our house beautiful again.

Jim really listened to everything that I needed! I hired him after another company left my house damaged from a gutter install. His crew removed the old gutters, repaired the soffit and fascia, repainted my entire house and installed new gutters. He was very patient with my step by step process and onsite after every phase. So professional, courteous and reasonable. Great job!!

We found Jim's price very competitive. The quality of work (replacement gutters and house painting) of high quality. Jim and his workers were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves leaving the worksite neat. There were some weather-related delays, but otherwise, things went according to schedule. There was one follow up issue with one of the gutters, which was taken care of in a timely manner. We did have some problems communicating with the workers when Jim wasn't onsite, but nothing major. We would highly recommend Jim to friends and neighbors.

I did not know Jim prior to hiring him to install a new roof on my home. I would say of him after this experience that he is someone that does what he says, is honest and performs the work to a high standard. I would recommend Jim and 4:13 Exteriors to anyone need the type of services he offers.
