My air handler was going out on the hottest day of the year, I got a quick response from Atlas and Jared was out later that afternoon. He fixed the problem and inspected my system to make sure I didn't have any other issues!

Atlas Mechanical was responsive, professional, and able to get me scheduled quickly. They diagnosed the issue with my A/C, found a clogged condensate P-trap and drain, cleaned everything out, and got the system back up and running. They explained the problem clearly and completed the repair efficiently. Overall, a smooth experience, and I would recommend them for HVAC service.
They were extremely responsive in calling me within 10mins of submitting a request on Thumbtack and scheduled me for the next morning. They were very transparent and upfront with their pricing. Jared showed me the damaged parts and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t need any additional parts or extra cost when completing the repair. I will definitely be using them in the future for my HVAC service needs.

Jared was amazing. He responded so fast to an emergency hvac issue at my rental property and showed up quick. He diagnosed and fixed the issue by the end of the day, and was so kind and patient as I have very little knowledge of any technical hvac things. I’ve already recommended him to multiple people and will 10000% use him in the future

Jared was personable and informative. He explained a number of different options based on his diagnosis. When I chose how I wanted to proceed he ultimately charged me what I accepted as a reasonable price for his services. I'm very satisfied was his service. Jared, apologies for my tardiness in filling out this review.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Atlas Mechanical uses straightforward, upfront pricing. Most repairs are priced by the repair rather than by the hour, so customers know the cost before work begins. We focus on repairing equipment when it makes sense instead of recommending replacement unnecessarily. For new system installations, every home is evaluated individually because comfort needs, equipment options, efficiency goals, and budgets vary from customer to customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer's concerns and understanding what they want to accomplish. Whether it's a repair, replacement, maintenance, or second opinion, we take the time to properly diagnose the issue and explain the available options. Our goal is to help customers make an informed decision that fits their comfort needs and budget. As an owner-operated company, you'll work directly with the technician performing the work rather than a salesperson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of HVAC industry experience, Atlas Mechanical has worked on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems throughout Colorado. We stay current on industry standards, high-efficiency equipment, heat pump technology, refrigeration practices, and manufacturer training. We believe continuing education is essential to providing customers with the best solutions available.
