FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent: $180 for the first hour and $120 for each hour after that, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in half-hour increments, so you only pay for the time your project actually takes. The first-hour rate covers travel and a fully stocked van, so there's never a separate trip fee or hidden charges. You can supply your own materials or have us pick them up (materials are billed at cost plus shopping time). Got a longer to-do list? Ask about our half-day and full-day rates! Bundling tasks into one visit is the best value we offer, and recurring maintenance customers save even more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your project, or send us your whole to-do list! We'll start with a quick message or phone call to understand exactly what you need, and we may ask for a few photos so we can quote accurately and show up with the right tools and parts. Once we agree on the scope and estimate, we schedule a time that works for you. Your technician arrives on schedule, walks the job with you, gets to work, and doesn't leave until you've reviewed the finished result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're proud members of the ACHP (Association of Certified Handyman Professionals), and our technicians bring years of combined experience across carpentry, painting, repairs, installations, and exterior maintenance. We're fully insured, and every technician is a trusted, background-checked member of our team - never a subcontractor we've just met. Operational excellence and craftsmanship are built into how we work!
