Timothy was excellent. He asked questions to ensure he knew what we wanted to be cleaned (since it was specific areas in the house, not the whole house). He was careful in his work and tackled the problem areas (i.e., stairs) successfully.

The person that was sent is fine, but there was no way one person could have cleaned the 4 bedroom 4 bath 4350 sq ft in 5 hours or come close. I am a little surprised, but I have learned to ask more specific questions before hiring. Should have done that, so I will take my lesson and move on to a company that will send more than one person for the task.
