We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred on this project. Our crew arrived within the agreed-upon schedule, taking into account the approximately two-hour drive each way to your property. At no point were we "four hours late every day" as stated. The agreed scope of work was to re-level and re-grout the existing flagstone, and that work was completed successfully. We stand behind the quality of the finished product and have before-and-after photos that we will be uploading so others can see the results for themselves. From the beginning, we worked with you to fit the project within your budget by providing an initial discount. When we encountered a hidden site condition that made one small portion of the original plan impractical without causing the surrounding area to become unstable, we immediately discussed it with you. We explained that proceeding with that section would require substantially more labor and cost than either party had anticipated. At the time, this solution and the adjusted scope were understood and agreed upon by everyone involved. Despite that, after the work was completed, you changed your position and attempted to use that issue to negotiate an even lower invoice for work that had already been completed. We always strive to treat our customers fairly, communicate openly, and deliver quality workmanship. While we're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that satisfied you, we stand by the work we performed and the professionalism of our team.
