Introduction: People are my passion. I am very personable and value each person who walks into my office. Your story is important and deserves to be heard. Nurtured Hearts Counseling helped my sister and I after I posted an ad on Thumbtack. We were under a time crunch, but Brittany's scheduling was open and convenient. After choosing our appointment, I filled a questionnaire that took about 20 minutes and was helpful because Brittany knew a lot of what I wanted her to before the appointment. The office is really nice and comfortable, it feels private and welcoming. Brittany did a great job listening to my sister and I, making us comfortable with the situation of being counseled, and helped us work through the situation we were in. We both left feeling positive about the experience and beyond capable of handling our situation in the ways that would help us most.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual sessions for $100 a session. I offer couples/marriage sessions for $110 a session. I offer family sessions for $125 a session. I also offer packages that save you $25-$50 depending on the package that you choose.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up an appointment with a client and will then send them all of the paperwork electronically via email. With the paperwork being completed prior to the first session, this allows for more focus on the client and what they are experiencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and working towards my Certification. I have done many trainings regarding Trauma Therapy and Sexual Abuse.
