Many thanks go to Nicolette and her assistant Joey. Their coordination of our wedding made it perfect. Yes, it had some hiccups, and everything did not go as planned. However, Nicolette was there to save the day and took care of everything. Her relentless attention to detail insured that the decorating, organizing, and timeline went seamlessly. She was great at crisis diverting and was always there to comfort and support me when I needed it on my most special of days. Her standards were clear and well presented to all our vendors. I felt supported, comforted, and felt like she went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everyone had a great time. I feel so blessed to have had Nicolette and Joey coordinate my wedding day because I was able to sit back and enjoy our special day.

Nicki and her team were amazing! She surpassed every expectation we had for a coordinator! She helped us with the planning process to make sure every single detail was thought of. The day of she executed every detail perfect, worked with all of our vendors to make sure they had what they needed, made sure our guests were well taken care of and made sure my now Husband and I were spoiled the whole day! Nicki made sure our day was perfect! Nicki was the best wedding decision we made! My only regret is we didn’t hire her sooner!

Nicki came highly recommended to us from our friends who were also using her. Hiring her was the best decision we could have made! Nicki’s professionalism and high quality work is not just something she expects from herself but from all her vendors too. This was an extremely huge relief since the year we got married (2022) was one of the most difficult years for us professionally and personally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
EE&P believes you can be affordable and still make money without charging the client an arm and a leg! Being able to work directly with distributors and negotiate rates with vendors helps keep costs low, while providing amazing service. Our rates are set and they do not change if the client's budget increases. We provide the same quality of service to every client! The only changes that can increase price are event location, number of attendees and additional add ons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a FREE consultation. Go over your budget, timeline, ideas and set you on the path for success even if you decide not to hire us. We want to make sure it is a good fit not only for the company, but for the client as well. If contracted we will be with you every part of the way to help with everything from planning, to negotiating vendor contracts, building floorplans, timelines and assuring that you do not have to worry about a thing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CPR Certified, TIP alcohol Certified along with having training in Fire Safety, Evacuation Procedures, Food and Beverage Safety. During an event multiple scenarios can arise and we want to be prepared as best as we can!
