I have been a property manager from the first house that I purchased. Now we are up to 6 units that we personally own. From day 1, I tried to run those projects like a large professional manager. Then I realized I was doing it BETTER than the professional managers I interviewed to manage my properties for me! When I liked working on my properties more than the Fortune 500 corporate job that I was a manager at, I knew it was time to transition to owning my own company. Now with Property Management Inc - PMI Elevation, I am able to help other investors achieve their financial goals. And helping protect and grow another investor's assets and talk real estate investment is what really brings me joy. I also enjoy playing outside with my 4-year old son and 2-year old daughter and spending time with my wife in our Colorado home. We have been in Denver for about 12 years now and we love it. We take every opportunity to get outside as much as possible. We love to ski...well not the kiddos just yet, hike, and travel up to Summit County as much as we can. I am a huge gardener as well. Each year I go crazy and plant at least 50 different varieties of veggies on top of the orchard that I am attempting to grow. It is a very peaceful activity for me and it gives me time to think and recharge.
