Allie and Adrian were absolutely amazing in walking us through the entire process! I have had the pleasure of working with Allie, and Adrian. They have been so supportive and helpful through my experience with my roofing repairs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free inspections and a same-day ballpark price so you know where you stand before anything gets serious. Final pricing depends on roof size, pitch, materials, and whether you're going through insurance or paying retail. If you're paying out of pocket, we offer Slice financing. We'll show you options — we won't upsell you a full replacement when a repair will do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out, we schedule a free inspection, we walk the roof (and use drone shots when they help), we give you a same-day ballpark and, when you're ready, a written estimate. If it's hail or wind and a claim makes sense, we help you document damage and work with your adjuster. If a claim doesn't make sense, we say so. Once you approve the work, we schedule the crew, keep you updated, and leave the site cleaned up. Communication stays open the whole way — you're never guessing what's next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a Colorado roofing and restoration crew that works Front Range weather every season — hail, wind, freeze-thaw, the works. We install materials from brands we actually carry and know how to detail: GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, IKO, Tamko, and others listed on our profile. We're an Owens Corning preferred contractor and a GAF preferred contractor. Our focus is storm damage done right and insurance paperwork that matches the real roof, not a sales script.
