Julia is a wonderful violin tutor. I have been enjoying my violin classes so much due to her detailed explanation, professional attitude and excellent violin skills. Besides, I really appreciate it that Julia is willing to travel to teach at my place and always adapts herself to my schedule. After taking her classes for more than half a year, I am able to perform some medium-level pieces of classical music now.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the first lesson, we would chat and find out about the students interests and current skill levels. During first lesson, we would have a interview/audition and I would customize the lesson plan accordingly thereafter.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always liked teaching. When I was little, I helped classmates with homework. When I got older, I taught my uncles and aunts to use Skype when it was first introduced so they could talk to their sons overseas. Then, when I got better with music, I started teaching violin and piano!
