- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have a standard $129.00 service call fee which includes the first hour; and typically $89.00 per hour after that, the pricing is flexible depending on the actual nature of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with an on - time met appointment - No waiting around, We listen to your concerns, and find out what your objectives are. Once it is determined what type of service is required, if the issue is resolvable at that time, the job gets done. Sometimes it requires a 2nd or 3rd appointment - for instance if a new installation is to take place - parts need to be ordered etc. before the job can be complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are college graduates. Mark has a degree in Occupational Science specializing in HVAC/R and is current in NATE certification. Sandy has a degree in Business Management and Human Resources and all of our technicians are highly trained and educated in the latest technologies used in the HVAC industry today.
