- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical, has been servicing the Longmont, Colorado and surrounding communities since 1998. We are a family-owned and operated business where providing excellent service to our customers is a must. With many years of experience in the HVAC field, we strive for 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The sales and service technicians are the core of our business and are award-winning on a national level. We have 4 Comfort Experts, all of who are NATE certified and 4 highly trained HVAC installers; an Electrical department consisting of a Master Electrician, a journeyman and an apprentice; a Plumbing department consisting of 2 Master Plumbers and a journeyman. All of our sales and service technicians are very knowledgeable, certified and have been awarded the most training hours back-to-back years in the State of Colorado.
