FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not complicated. For litigation such as divorce, we charge by the hour (e.g., $250 to $325 per hour). In criminal matters, we provide the client with an option of a flat fee (e.g., $3,500 for misdemeanors and $7,500 for felony matters) or an hourly rate. In personal injury cases, we share in what we win by way of a contingency fee (e.g., 30% of the amount recovered).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT. PLEASE CALL US TODAY FOR A FREE INITIAL MEETING.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each attorney in our office, including myself, routinely undergoes additional training. In addition to the Colorado bar requiring 40 hours of continuing legal education every 3 years, as the firm's managing partner, I encourage each of our attorneys to engage in as many continuing legal education courses as can take, all at the firm's expense. In the end, every dollar spent on enhancing the knowledge and experience of our attorneys is a dollar that goes towards advocating and winning for our clients.
