- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear and transparent pricing for the particulars of each job during every in-home consultation. We'll also review the tax benefits, as well as compare and contrast to your current status quo with the electric provider (as well as any other solar quotes you may have received).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we understand your current status quo and what you're looking for, we provide a 30-60 minute in-home consultation that covers the basics of solar, how the program works, the tax benefits, and cost, as well as answering any/all of your questions related to solar. We take a no-pressure approach because our goal is to educate/inform so that each homeowner (and potential new customer) feels they are prepared to make an informed decision on what's best for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I transitioned to solar after a 20-year career in property management for two primary reasons: 1) It allows me to combine my passions for hospitality, real estate, and entrepreneurship, and 2) I get to help homeowners and families in a very significant way!
