Jose was extremely professional from evaluating the work to creating a bid and performing the work. He was very attentive to details and made sure that the work was complete to his and my satisfaction before closing the job. Highly recommend that those needing stucco repair speak with J&G as a possibility for performing work.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

our pricing is pretty generic, we charge by square feet that includes material and labor hard coat stucco: 7$- 9$ sqft stucco repair cost depends on the damages.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here at J&G stucco and Masonry we are very hands on specially with new clients. We have someone go down the day of the estimate and talk with the clients get there ideas, measurements, how they want the project done and when they want it done by. Once we have that down, I send them an estimate giving them a price. Once the job is booked we collect -50% down and send them an email-call or txt to when we will begin. Upon completion pictures are sent to the clients along with a showing of the completed work to get the customers input and fix or add anything the customer can think off. All jobs come with a warranty .

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a friend for 10 years I learned the process to do the work properly and I decided to start to get my own jobs
