FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project, but we typically run on hourly rates with attached milestones and timelines the projects are anchored to. While common in the industry we do not work for equity. We run a very transparent process with our clients, with you becoming a central member of our team. Clients are involved in the daily communications between the developers and are updated routinely about project status. Billing is transparent in that clients only pay for the work done and get an itemized accounting of what was worked on for any given billing period. Also, unlike some consultancies, we don't outsource any of our work overseas. We have a strong network of developers we can access in the continental United States we work with that enables us to spool up additional resources for projects without overseas outsourcing. There are no hidden fees or charges and if clients elect to take the project to another consultant or take it over themselves, we offer a transition program to help ensure the project transitions smoothly and successfully to the next phase. The success of your project is paramount to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you, meet you somewhere, or have a phone call to establish what your needs are. Once we establish needs we will create a basic wireframe of your website/application and give an estimated cost and time frame for project completion. Once you like what you see, we have you sign a work order and we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a variety of backgrounds and a variety of training. Most of our team was trained through the Turing School of Software Development and Design in addition to Bachelor's degrees ranging in economics, finance, leadership and organizational development from the University of Denver, as well as advisors from The Wharton Business School
