Bad experience. Our basement was not close to being done 6 months AFTER promised and despite multiple attempts to confirm we were on budget, he came to us months later asking for an additional 80% to finish. The work they completed was done very well, but couldn’t trust him to finish or stay on budget, so we had to hire a different contractor to finish the work 🙁
